I guide women through peri/menopause with clear, individual care —
from hormone therapy to lifestyle strategies
Why I focus on menopause?
I’ve practiced medicine for 28+ years, blending traditional and functional medicine. But it became personal when I started experiencing symptoms myself — fatigue, insomnia, brain fog, unpredictable shifts before my period. For years, doctors told me: ‘It’s normal, just stress, just age.’
When I finally reached menopause, I realized how confusing and fragmented the advice can be. Hormones or no hormones? Conflicting recommendations, fear, silence. I decided to change this.
My approach today: listen carefully, explain clearly, and build a plan that fits each woman. Because menopause isn’t only about hormones — it’s about heart health, bones, energy, and quality of life.
Is this you?
  • Hot flashes or
    night sweats
  • Broken or
    restless sleep
  • Brain fog,
    forgetfulness
  • Mood swings,
    anxiety
  • Weight gain or
    muscle loss
  • Headaches, fatigue,
    or low energy

If this sounds familiar, you don’t have to ‘just cope’. There are options.

Working together step by step
  • First consultation (30–45 min): your story, your symptoms, your goals
  • 4–6 week plan: lifestyle, nutrition, stress, HRT or alternatives if needed
  • Tracking changes: what shifts, what blocks progress
  • Adjusting: refine, add labs if necessary
  • Ongoing support: long-term stability and prevention
Real experiences, real solutions
Hot flashes & broken sleep
Patient’s voice:
“I was waking up every night drenched in sweat, sleeping 3–4 hours at best.
I thought it was just stress and I had to live with it.”
Doctor’s comment:
“Her symptoms clearly pointed to perimenopause. We adjusted her sleep routine, added gentle non-hormonal support, and within 6 weeks her sleep improved to 6–7 hours a night. She realized it’s not about ‘just coping’, but finding the right plan.”
Weight gain & low energy
Patient’s voice:
“I gained 15 pounds in two years even though I wasn’t eating more. No matter what I tried, the scale wouldn’t move.”
Doctor’s comment:
“This is a common challenge in menopause due to metabolic shifts. We worked on meal timing, muscle-preserving exercise, and labs to rule out thyroid imbalance. In 3 months, she lost 6 pounds steadily, but more importantly — regained her energy.”
Brain fog & mood swings
Patient’s voice:
“I kept forgetting words, felt anxious and irritable all the time. My GP told me it’s just part of getting older.”
Doctor’s comment:
“We ran a targeted symptom check and discussed options. She chose a low-dose HRT combined with nutrition support. Within 2 months, the fog lifted, mood swings softened, and she felt like herself again.”
